2016-2018年12种植物性饲料原料中玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素污染调查分析 被引量:10

Investigation and analysis on contamination of corn gibberellone and vomiting toxin in 12 plant feed materials from 2016 to 2018

摘要 为了解饲料原料中玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)、呕吐毒素(DON)的污染情况,于2016-2018年间对12种386份植物性饲料原料进行采集,采用液相色谱串联质谱法、免疫亲和柱-高效液相色谱法检测,依据GB 13078-2017《饲料卫生标准》进行分析判定。结果表明,霉菌毒素污染严重,玉米赤霉烯酮、呕吐毒素平均检出率分别为47.1%、32.3%,最大检测值分别为1.05、5.4mg/kg。玉米赤霉烯酮在DDGS、玉米蛋白粉、喷浆玉米皮中的检出率达91.8%、89.6%、82.8%,呕吐毒素在次粉、DDGS中的检出率达90.6%、86.4%,对饲料产品质量造成严重危害,此次调查结果为今后控制饲料原料及产品中霉菌毒素危害提供参考依据。 In order to understand the contamination status of corn gibberellone(ZEN)and vomiting toxin(DON)in feed raw materials,386 samples of 12 kinds of plant feed raw materials were collected from 2016 to 2018,and detected by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and immunoaffinity column high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Analysis and determination were conducted according to GB 13078-2017"Hygienic Standard for Feeds".The results showed that mycotoxin contamination was serious,and the average detection rates of corn gibberellone and vomiting toxin were 47.1%and 32.3%,respectively,and the maximum detection values were 1.05mg and 5.4mg,respectively.The detection rate of corn teratenone in DDGS,corn protein powder and sprayed corn husk were up to 91.8%,89.6%and 82.8%,and the detection rate of vomiting toxin in secondary powder and DDGS were up to 90.6%and 86.4%,causing serious harm to the quality of feed products.The results of this survey provide reference for the control of mycotoxin in feed raw materials and products in the future.
