The Perspective of the Others:Studies and Historiographies in France on the Second Sino-Japanese War during the Last Two Decades

抗战史的研究与书写,不仅构成了法国中国近现代史研究的重要组成部分,同时也是法国的中国史研究者和汉学家的重要研究领域。法国学界对于抗战的观察与研究起步较早,其起源甚至可以追溯到20世纪30年代。21世纪以来,法国史学工作者又推出了一系列全新的研究成果,分别就战争暴行、战时城市、国际关系、难民群体、重要人物以及历史记忆等问题进行了讨论。尽管数量有限,但这些研究无论在问题意识的建构、研究理论的引入还是研究资料的挖掘方面,均颇有新意,值得国内学界关注。

The study and writing of the history of the Second Sino-Japanese War not only constituted an important part of the study of modern Chinese history in France,but also an important field of research for French sinologists and historians who research Chinese history.The observation and research on the Second Sino-Japanese War in French academic community started early,and its origin could even be traced back to the 1930s.Since the beginning of the 21th century,French historians have launched a series of new research results,discussing issues such as war atrocities,wartime cities,international relations,refugee groups,important figures,and historical memory.Despite the limited number,these studies have many innovations in terms of the construction of problem awareness,the introduction of research theories,and the mining of research materials,which deserve the attention of academic circles in China.
