网络民族舆论价值取向引导问题是一个不容忽视的国家治理领域,中华民族共同体意识的提出,为新时代网络民族舆论价值取向引导的新诉求与现实困境提供了有力的指导思想和破解思路。通过解析中华民族共同体意识的丰富内涵和思想路线,构建出命运共同体、价值共同体、政治共同体、文化共同体的引导逻辑,以及用共有情感解决网络争端,用共享记忆讲好国家史与民族史,用身份认同重塑网络国家形象与文化自信的可能路径。

The guidance of online public opinions on races and nationalities is an important issue of national governance.The sense of the Chinese community helps to address new problems occurred in the management of online public opinions of China.This paper examines the connotations of the sense of the Chinese community,constructs the logics of the community with shared destiny,values,politics and cultures,and proposes to resolve online disputes via mutual feelings,to narrate national history and racial history by using shared histories,and to reshape national image and cultural confidence in internet by depending upon collective identities.
