摘要
教育是国之大计、党之大计。教育在增强贫困人口的内生动力、扭转根深蒂固的贫困文化、确保贫困地区稳步走向共同富裕方面有着特殊的战略意义。中国教育扶贫经历了从服务性到独立性再到治本之策的发展历程。针对新时代教育扶贫战略发展实际,落实以人民为中心的发展理念,通过教育信息化和具体法律制度来推进教育扶贫战略的部署落实,更要明确教育扶贫的攻坚克难关键在党。
Education,as a key to the development of the country and the Communist Party of China(CPC),is significant for enhancing the driving forces of impoverished people to become rich,eradicating the cultures that cause poverty,and ensuring common prosperity in poor regions.Poverty alleviation through education has been recognized as a fundamental national policy.To implement the poverty alleviation strategies through education,it is necessary to adhere to people-centered development approach,develop information technologies,establish legal system,and rely upon the leadership of the CPC.
