新时代高校公共艺术教育的实践路径探微——以中北大学为例

Practice Route of Public Art Educations in Colleges and Universities in the New Era:A Case Study of North University of China

新时代高校公共艺术教育的现状:国家高度重视高校公共艺术教育,出台了一系列政策文件,部分高校也取得了不容忽视的成就,但是国内整体发展层次仍然良莠不齐。新时代高校公共艺术教育存在的不足:重要性认识不足,组织机构不完整;课程设置不科学,教育方法单一;师资结构不合理,教育设施短缺。笔者以中北大学为例,提出了新时代高校公共艺术教育的实践路径:高度重视顶层设计,健全艺术教育机构;拓宽课程领域,丰富教育手段;打造专业师资队伍,加大硬件设施投入;突出地域特色课程,融入本土艺术文化;依托网络媒体平台,开设公共艺术微课;推进校园文化建设,发挥学生社团作用。

The Chinese government has paid sufficient attention to public art educations in colleges and universities,and has made a large number of relevant policies.Some colleges and universities have also made significant achievements.However,there are many problems in the public art educations of colleges and universities:the importance of public art educations is not recognized;institutional framework is incomplete;the design of curriculum is unreasonable;teaching methods are poor;faculty structure is not well arranged,and teaching facilities are insufficient.Taking North University of China as an example,this paper puts forward the practice route for the public art educations in colleges and universities in the new era,including highlighting top-level design,improving art education institutions,expanding the scope of courses,enriching teaching forms and methods,improving the professional level of teachers,increasing investment in hardware facilities,strengthening courses with local characteristic,adding local art cultures,relying on network media platforms,creating public art micro-courses,pushing for the development of campus cultures,and making student associations to play their part in public art educations of colleges and universities.
