半失能高知老人的“互动式”养老服务转向——基于M社区的实地考察

Transformation of the“Interactive”Elderly Care Services for Semi-disabled Intellectuals:A Field Research of Community M

半失能高知老人一方面因其具有一定的知识文化水平和半行动能力,使得他们产生了对参与社区建设的渴望;另一方面却又因身体情况制约了他们的行动范围,需要服务照料,这一矛盾的出现使人们对半失能高知老人的养老服务产生了新的思考。本文通过借助“制度—关系—主体”三位一体的互动式养老分析框架,以M社区为实地调查点,深入剖析了半失能高知老人的养老现状,呈现出该群体存在“身”“心”失调等特殊问题。基于制度、关系、主体的三维方向设计了针对半失能高知老人的互动式养老模式,促使其养老实践由“被动”转为“主动”,运行逻辑由“输出”转向“互动”,进而营造其“积极向老”的正向心态,为推动中国养老事业发展贡献力量。

Semi-disabled intellectual elders have a certain level of knowledge and ability of movement,which inspires them to participate in community activities.However,their movement is highly restricted due to the barriers of their physical conditions,and therefore,elderly care services for them are needed.To resolve this contradiction requires a new thinking on the elderly care services for semi-disabled intellectuals.This paper,by adopting an analytical framework on the three-in-one(system-relationship-subject)interactive elderly care services,studies the situations of the elderly care services for semi-disabled intellectuals in community M,and finds the problem of the imbalance of“body”and“heart”existed in this community.This paper designs an interactive elderly care service mode from the perspectives of system,relationship and subject,transforming elderly care practices from a passive one to an active on,shifting the operational logics of elderly care from a unilateral one toward an interactive one,and helping elderly people generate an active mentality.
