基于射频信号的非接触式血压监测系统

摘要 提出了一种基于射频信号的非接触式血压检测方法,设计了血压检测系统并进行了数据的测试及分析。主要针对传统袖带式血压计对于特殊人群使用不方便以及现有血压检测主流方法中光信号易受干扰、测量不准确、需要跟身体接触等问题进行了方法探究。系统发射射频信号到身体上的待检测点,然后采集反射回来的信号,由多普勒效应原理可以得到脉搏波传导的波形图,并计算脉搏波传导时间,代入血压计算模型中,得到血压值,从而实现非接触式连续检测、监测。实验结果证明,该装置可以实现对血压的非接触式连续检测和监测,为便携式可穿戴式血压测量及实时监测设备提供了可参考的实施方法。 We proposed a non-contact blood pressure detection method based on radio frequency signals,designed a blood pressure detection system,and conducted data testing and analysis.We mainly foucused on the inconvenience of the traditional cuff sphygmomanometer for the special population and such disadvantages as easily disturbed optical signal,inaccurate measurement,and contacting detection in the existing mainstream methods for detecting blood pressure.The system transmits the radio frequency signal to the point to be detected on the body,and then collects the reflected signal.The waveform of the pulse wave transit can be obtained by the Doppler effect principle,and the pulse wave transit time is calculated and used in the blood pressure calculation model to obtain the blood pressure value,thus achieving non-contact continuous detection and monitoring.The experimental results show that the non-contact continuous detection and monitoring of blood pressure can be realized by the proposed device,which provides a feasible method for non-contact measurement and real-time monitoring of blood pressure by portable and wearable equipment.
