《军事体育训练教程》(以下简称"教程")作为全军权威教材,有着优化军事训练供给侧,科学提升受训者作业水平的指导作用。通过内容分析、德尔菲法等方法对《教程》蛙泳熟悉水性内容进行分析,研究发现:《教程》具有训练路径科学严谨、训练内容贴近实战等特征,通过对军事游泳训练中熟悉水性的再定位、再认识,提出融入国家顶层设计,打造健康军营;日常训练对接实战,回归备战打仗;有效整合训练资源,完善训练路径;科学人文实施训练,优化训练供给等建议,稳步推动军事训练高质量发展,为智能化战争中完善人格军人的培养活化渠道。

The Military Sports Training Course(hereinafter referred to as the"Tutorial"),as an authoritative teaching material for the entire military,has a rich military training supply side and a guiding role for scientifically improving the trainees'operation level.Through the content analysis,Delphi method and other methods to analyze the familiarity of water content in"Tutorial"breaststroke,the study found that:"Tutorial"has the characteristics of scientific and rigorous training paths,training content close to actual combat,and other characteristics,triggering the repositioning of military water familiarization,Recognize,put forward the integration of national top-level design to build a healthy military camp;daily training butt combat,return to war preparations;effective integration of training resources,perfect training paths;scientific and humanistic implementation of training,optimization of training supply,and other suggestions to steadily promote the development of high-quality military training,To improve the channels for the cultivation of personality soldiers in intelligent warfare.
