士兵力量训练中延迟性肌肉酸痛与肌肉适应关系的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 延迟性肌肉酸痛(Delayed onset muscle soreness,DOMS),作为一种超微结构肌肉损伤,是由肌肉离心收缩或不熟悉的运动形式引起的正常的生理反应,特别是在较高强度运动训练后,DMOS表现得更为明显。长期以来,士兵力量训练中的组训人员对DOMS与肌肉适应关系缺乏科学、准确的认识,需要深入探讨二者之间的关系,以便为士兵力量训练最佳化提供指导。通过探讨DOMS作为肌肉适应指标的生物学合理性,以及DOMS与肌肉适应性肥大之间的关系,证实DOMS不是士兵力量训练中肌肉适应的确定性指标。士兵力量训练过程中个体差异、训练状态、动作设计等会对DMOS的产生、程度、范围等产生影响。因此,需要为士兵力量训练过程中及之后减轻DOMS提供科学的方法和手段,促进士兵力量训练最佳化。 Delayed onset muscle soreness(DOMS),as an ultrastructural muscle injury,is a normal physiological response caused by eccentric muscle contraction or unfamiliar exercise,especially after higher intensity exercise training.For a long time,soldier strength training have lacked a scientific and accurate understanding of the relationship between DOMS and muscle adaptation,and need to explore the relationship to provide guidance for the optimization of soldier strength training.By exploring the rationality of DOMS as an indicator of muscular adaptation,and the relationship between DOMS and muscle adaptive hypertrophy,it was confirmed that DOMS is not a deterministic indicator of muscle adaptation in soldier strength training.Individual differences,training status,and movement design have an impact on DMOS.Therefore,it is necessary to provide scientific methods and means for mitigating DOMS during and after the strength training of soldiers,and to promote the optimization of soldiers strength training.
