基于双Luenberger观测器的永磁同步电机预测控制研究 被引量:9

摘要 在工业环境中,永磁同步电机存在启动困难、抗干扰能力差、动态响应慢的缺陷。而传统单Luenberger观测器很难同时兼顾电流扰动或转速响应,针对这一问题,发挥Luenberger观测器对精度和稳定性的改善作用,提出双Luenberger观测器与预测控制结合的控制策略。首先基于单步模型预测控制和矢量控制策略构成了永磁同步电机控制系统,再根据负载扰动影响和数学模型,构造速度环上基于负载、转速的Luenberger观测器观测作为扰动估测和速度调节,然后进一步建立电流环上的观测器并引入预测控制系统进行电流预测的优化。最后在MATLAB仿真上搭建模型进行测试,结果表明使用该控制策略能够提高抗扰动能力,改善动态响应并得到更准确的扰动观测。 In the industrial environment,permanent magnet synchronous motors have the disadvantages of difficulty in starting,poor anti-interference ability,and slow dynamic response.It is difficult for the traditional single Luenberger observer to consider both the current disturbance and the speed response at the same time.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a control strategy combining two Luenberger observers with predictive control.Firstly,based on the singlestep model predictive control and vector control strategy,the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is constructed.Secondly,with the load disturbance effect and mathematical model,this author builds a Luenberger observer based on load and speed on the speed loop for disturbance estimation and speed adjustment.Then the observer on the electricity loop is further established and the predictive control system is introduced to optimize the current prediction.Finally,the model is built with MATLAB simulink.The results show that the control strategy in the present design can promote the anti-disturbance ability,improve the dynamic response and obtain more accurate disturbance observation.
