以案件为中心的检务服务协同中共性服务构建技术研究与实现

随着检察行业信息化不断快速发展,电子检务工程的建设更进一步推进了信息化发展的速度,检务信息化发展在司法体制改革大背景下,面临更多的挑战与要求。基于对检务服务系统中各种服务的研究,围绕案件类型服务特征、流程结构服务特征、数据实体服务特征、实体关系服务特征、规律分析服务特征,构建共性服务特征知识库,实现共性服务发现。以案件为中心的检务服务为应用场景,以微服务架构为依托,设计并实现了检察官身份认证共性服务构建,身份认证服务构建使用可以实现方便部署,灵活扩展,减轻服务器的压力,减少频繁的查询数据库,使服务器更加健壮,给办案人员以快速、流畅的用户体验。

With the rapid and rapid development of informatization in the procuratorial industry,the construction of electronic procuratorial projects has further promoted the speed of informatization development.Under the background of the reform of the judicial system,the development of procuratorial informatization faces more challenges and requirements.Based on the research on various services in the prosecution service system,the service characteristics of case type service characteristics,process structure service characteristics,data entity service characteristics,entity relationship service characteristics,and regular analysis service characteristics are used to build a common service feature knowledge base to achieve common service discovery.This article takes the case-centric prosecution service as the application scenario and relies on the microservice architecture to design and implement the common service construction of the prosecutor′s identity authentication.The construction and use of the identity authentication service can facilitate easy deployment,flexible expansion,and reduce the pressure on the server.Reduce frequent database queries and make the server more robust,give case handlers a fast and smooth user experience.
