一种多注射泵输液自动切换控制策略

A control strategy for automatic transfusion switching of multi-injection pumps

摘要 针对多注射泵输液过程中,输液任务中断引起的病人血药浓度波动问题,设计了一种采用多注射泵自动切换实现高精度、不间断输液的控制策略。由数据通信部分、设备状态分析部分、输液自动切换控制部分和中断服务部分组成。数据通信协议模块采集各注射泵的运行状态参数并将其传输到设备状态分析模块,设备状态分析模块对各注射泵状态参数分析并进行中断等级判断,触发输液自动切换控制模块、中断服务模块对等级判断结果进行处理,从而控制各注射泵状态,实现任意时刻有且仅有一个注射泵处于输液状态,直到输液任务完毕。最后,通过分别建立该策略实施前、后的50组对照试验,并在每个试验中设置了1个输液任务中断事件,记录并分析输液任务自动切换的成功组数。结果表明,该策略实施后,50组输液任务全部实现了多个注射泵之间高精度、不间断输液,比策略实施前提高了100%,证明了所提策略的正确性和有效性。 In view of the fluctuation of blood drug concentration caused by the interruption of infusion task in the process of infusion with multi-injection pumps,a control strategy is designed to realize high-precision and uninterrupted infusion with automatic switching of multi-injection pumps.It consists of data communication part,equipment status analysis part,infusion automatic switch control part and interrupt service part.The data communication protocol module collects the operation state parameters of each injection pump and transmits them to the equipment state analysis module.The equipment status analysis module analyzes the status parameters of each injection pump and judges the interruption level.Trigger the infusion automatic switch control module and interrupt service module to process the grade judgment results.Thereby,the state of each injection pump is controlled,and it is realized that only one injection pump is in an infusion state at any time until the infusion task is completed.Finally,50 groups of control experiments before and after the implementation of the strategy were established respectively,and one interruption event of infusion task was set in each experiment,and the number of successful groups of automatic switching of infusion task was recorded and analyzed.The results show that after the implementation of the strategy,all the infusion tasks of 50 groups have achieved high-precision and uninterrupted infusion between multiple injection pumps,which is 100%higher than that before the implementation of the strategy,which proves the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
