摘要
为了提高基于光电比色法进行测量的酶标分析仪的光电系统性能,设计了基于2CR1133型硅蓝光电池的光检测电路。该电路主要包括前置放大电路和二阶低通滤波器电路两部分;给出了这两部分的LTC2054前置运算放大器电路、T型反馈网络、二阶低通KRC滤波器电路的电路模型和实用电路;着重分析了电路系统稳定性、噪声特性以及提高稳定性和减小噪声的方法。实验采用酶标分析仪计量检定方法,获得了0~3.5 Abs的读数范围,0~3.0 Abs的线性范围,小于0.5%的变异系数和0.0001 Abs的分辨率;该电路实际应用于WD-9417B型酶标分析仪上,达到了预期的光电系统指标要求。
In order to improve the performance of the photoelectric system of the enzyme-labeled analyzer based on photoelectric colorimetry,a light detection circuit based on 2 CR1133 silicon blue light battery is designed in this paper.This circuit mainly includes two parts:preamplifier circuit and second-order low-pass filter circuit;The circuit models and practical circuits of the two parts of the LTC2054 pre-operation amplifier circuit,T-type feedback network,and second-order low-pass KRC filter circuit are given in the article;Focus on the analysis of system stability,noise characteristics and methods to improve stability and reduce noise.The experiment uses the enzyme-labeled analyzer measurement verification method to obtain a reading range of 0~3.5 Abs,a linear range of 0~3.0 Abs,a coefficient of variation less than 0.5%,and a resolution of 0.0001 Abs;This circuit is actually applied to the WD-9417 B microplate reader,which meets the expected requirements of the photoelectric system index.
