摘要
针对电能质量中闪变的准确测量问题进行研究,优化了Hilbert-Huang变换算法中端点效应和重构信号精度不高的问题。通过加入白噪声模拟真实的样本,处理时,通过基于斜率的方法确定端点并根据能量特性筛选固有模态函数(Intrinsic Mode Function,IMF)分量,从而精准重构信号。通过仿真验证了其可靠性。
To accurately measure the flicker in a power system,the method in this article optimizes the Hilbert-Huang transformation by weakening the endpoint effect.To simulate a real signal,the method adds white noise to the original signal.To reconstruct the signal more accurately,the method identifies the endpoint by the relative slopes and screens out IMF(Intrinsic Mode Function)according to the noise energy characteristic during the processing.The method is proved accurate by simulation in this article.
