基于PLC的一种冷水表全自动检定装置的研究

Research on automatic verification device of cold water meter based on PLC

为了提高冷水表的检定效率和检定精度,提出基于西门子S7-200 SMART PLC的冷水表全自动检定装置。通过PLC对管道气动阀门、水泵和变频器的自动控制,对标准电磁流量计的数据采集和换算,实现了《JJG 162—2009冷水水表检定规程》中对常用、分界、最小流量的冷水表自动检定流程。该装置能节约大量人工检定时间,提高检定准确度,延长使用寿命,降低运营成本。

In order to improve the verification efficiency and accuracy of cold water meter,an automatic verification device for cold water meter based on Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC is proposed.Automatic control of pipeline pneumatic valves,pumps and frequency converter through PLC,the standard data acquisition and conversion of electromagnetic flowmeter,implements the JJG 162—2009 cold water meter verification regulation of cold water to commonly used,boundary,minimum flow table automatic verification process.The device can save a lot of artificial verification time and improve test accuracy,prolong the service life and reduce operating costs.
