摘要
明确森林质量精准提升重要性,通过对黑龙江省的森林资源特点、森林质量现存的问题,影响森林质量提升的制约因素等方面分析,提出森林质量精准提升的主要措施。
This article clarifies the importance of the precise improvement of forest quality,and analyzes the constraints affecting the improvement of forest quality through the characteristics of forest resources and existing problems of forest quality in Heilongjiang Province,and finally proposes the main measures for the precise improvement of forest quality.
