摘要
为了保障LNG储罐铁路运输安全,实现LNG铁路运输安全保障的智能化,研究设计了一种LNG储罐的泄漏预测模型。根据LNG储罐车蒸发率计算公式及实验,得到相同条件下蒸发率与罐箱内压力的对应关系,将依据蒸发率的泄漏预测转换为依据压力的泄漏预测。基于灰色预测法建立了LNG储罐的压力预测模型,依据实际LNG储罐压力数据及模型进行了LNG储罐压力变化趋势的预测实验。结果表明建立的预测模型预测结果有效,在LNG储罐的安全运输保障方面具有一定的应用前景。
In order to ensure the safety of LNG storage tank transportation and realize the intelligentization of LNG railway transportation safety,a leakage prediction model for LNG storage tanks is studied and designed.According to the calculation formula and experiment of the evaporation rate of LNG storage tank car,the corresponding relationship between the evaporation rate and the pressure inside the tank is obtained under the same conditions,and the leakage prediction based on the evaporation rate is converted into the leakage prediction based on the pressure.Based on the grey prediction method,a pressure prediction model for LNG tank is established.According to the actual LNG tank pressure data and model,the pressure trend prediction experiment of LNG tank is carried out.The results show that the prediction results of the established prediction model are effective,and have certain application prospects in the safety transportation guarantee of LNG storage tanks.
