摘要
对波浪能发电水压传动系统在实海况运行条件下的故障行为进行了研究,依据任务功能区分构建了水压传动系统及其子系统的故障树模型,利用最小割集和重要度分析法得到了影响系统可靠运行的关键要素。结果表明,水压传动系统的平均故障间隔时间为2 088小时,预计发生故障的频率为4.2次/年;海洋环境腐蚀和极端海况引起的破坏性机械应力是造成系统故障的主要原因,水轮机叶片是造成水压传动系统故障最为重要的部件和薄弱环节,在可靠性配置和运行维护管理过程中应当重点对待和处理。
The fault behavior of the water hydraulic drive system of wave power generation in real sea condition is studied.The fault tree models of water hydraulic drive system and its subsystems are constructed according to the task function.The key factors affecting the reliable operation of the system are obtained by means of the analysis methods of minimum cut sets and importance measures.The results show that the mean time between failures of water hydraulic drive system is 2 088 hours,and the expected failure frequency is 4.2 times per year.The marine environment corrosion and destructive mechanical stress caused by extreme sea condition are the main cause of system failure.The turbine blade is the most important component and weak link for the failure of water hydraulic drive system,and it should be focused on treatment in the process of reliability configuration and operation maintenance management.
