摘要
随着高校办学目标与企业用人需求的不断契合,学科竞赛这一承载着学生成长的活动形式被高校普遍接受。学科竞赛的有效参与可以全面提升复合型人才素质。通过学科竞赛,学生可以完善理论知识,增强实践能力,提高团队意识。探讨从"学科竞赛"促进精准教学模式构建研究、"工训大赛"激发学生创新意识和创新思维及"学研体系"助力复合人才培养,提升青年教师能力几个角度开展以学科竞赛为基点的协同发展实践创新型工科专业人才培养模式研究。
With the continuous combination between school-running goals and talents requirements of enterprise, the subject competition has been widely accepted for witnessing to students’ growth activities. It can be seen that the effective participation of the subject competition can improve the compound talents’ quality in an all-round way. By the way of subject competition, students can improve the theoretical knowledge, enhance practical ability, and raise the sense of community. This paper carries out the research on innovative engineering talents training modes with coordinated development based on subject competition from the following aspects: discussing the construction on precise teaching modes, motivating students’ consciousness of innovation from the engineering training competition, and building up the "learning and research" system to help talents cultivation and improve teachers’ ability.
