地方院校大学生职业价值观调查与对策研究

The Investigation and Countermeasure Research on Professional Values of Local College Students

采用随机问卷调查,从自我认知、就业重要性、择业价值取向和期望、创业态度、职业规划状况等方面来调查高校大学生的职业价值观取向情况。调查结果显示,地方院校大学生的职业价值观取向存在自我认知程度高、就业目的主要集中在谋生和实现自我价值、择业时较为注重薪酬福利和谋求个人发展、表现出较明显的功利主义价值取向等特征。为此,有针对性地提出加强大学生的思想政治教育、开展多种形式的实践活动、开设就业指导课程等策略,以促进地方院校大学生树立良好职业价值观。

This paper uses the questionnaire survey to analyze the situation of college students’professional values from the aspects of self-consciousness,the importance of employment,employment orientation and expectation,entrepreneurial attitude,and professional planning condition.It shows that the professional values orientation of college students have the higher level of self-consciousness and the employment goals focus on making a living and realizing self-value.When choosing jobs,they pay more attention on salary and their self-development which indicates the obvious utilitarianism characteristics.This research proposes the following countermeasures:strengthening college students’ideological and political education,carrying out all kinds of practical activities,and setting up employment guiding curriculum in order to promote the formation of professional values of college students.
