太子参多糖注射液对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 探讨太子参多糖注射液(RPPI)对环磷酰胺诱导的免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。将60只昆明小鼠随机分为6组,即正常组、环磷酰胺(CTX)模型组、黄芪多糖注射液阳性对照组(API,100 mg/kg)、RPPI低剂量组(50 mg/kg)、RPPI中剂量组(100 mg/kg)、RPPI高剂量组(200 mg/kg)。API阳性对照组、RPPI组每天腹腔注射给药1次,连续10 d,正常组和CTX模型组每天腹腔注射生理盐水。于给药的8 d、9 d、10 d,除正常组腹腔注射生理盐水外,其余各组腹腔注射CTX(80 mg/kg)。每天记录小鼠体质量、采食量。末次给药24 h后,测定免疫器官指数、免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM和细胞因子IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IFN-γ的含量。结果显示,与CTX模型组相比,RPPI组小鼠的体质量、免疫器官指数有一定程度的升高(P>0.05),免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM和细胞因子IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IFN-γ的含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明太子参多糖注射液对环磷酰胺诱导的免疫抑制小鼠有一定的保护作用。 To explore the effect of Radix Pseudostellariae polysaccharide injection(RPPI)on immune function of immunosuppressive mice induced by cyclophosphamide.Total of 60 Kunming mice were randomly divided into sixgroups:normal control group,cyclophosphamide model group,positive control group and RPPI at low,medium and high dose groups.Mice in normal control group and model group were intraperitoneally given saline.Positive control group received Astragalus polysaccharide injection at a dose of 100 mg·kg^-1.RPPI-L,RPPI-M and RPPI-H groups were received RPPI intraperitoneally at doses of 50 mg·kg^-1,100 mg·kg^-1,200 mg·kg^-1,respectively,once daily for 10 days.On the eighth,ninth and tenth day,mice in model group,positive group and RPPI groups were intraperitoneally injected cyclophosphamide at a dose of 80 mg·kg^-1,once daily while the normal control group were given saline intraperitioneally.Clinical signs,body weight,food consumption were monitored every day.24 hours after the last dose,organ index,immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgM,and cytokines IL-2,IL-4,IL-6 and IFN-γin serum were determined.The results showed body weight and organ index of mice in RPPI groups were increased to some extent(P>0.05)when compared with mice in model group.Similarly,immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgM and cytokines IL-2,IL-4,IL-6 and IFN-γin serum were also markedly(P<0.05 or P<0.01)increased.RPPI had a certain protective effect on cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressive mice.
