社会住宅是关乎民生的基本问题,是衡量一个城市生活水平的重要指标。苏黎世政府公租房已有逾百年的建设历史,是苏黎世高品质生活的基本保障之一。本文试图通过分析苏黎世政府公租房应对城市发展、城市社会文化传承,以及面向"2000W社会"可持续发展等挑战的更新改造策略,为我国保障住宅的更新改造提供经验和借鉴。

Social housing is the basic livelihood issues and an important measurable indicator for the living standards of a city. The social housing in Zurich owned over 100 years, which is one of the basic guarantees for high quality life in Zurich. Facing the challenges of the city development, the inheriting of urban social and culture context, and the sustainable development for "2000 W society", this paper attempts to analysis the strategies of government social housing in Zurich. In order to provide experiences for the renewal and refurbishing strategies in social housing of China.
