摘要
标题化合物具有广泛的应用前景,可作木材抑菌剂。以二癸胺、环氧乙烷、硼酸为原料,微量水为引发剂,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,合成标题化合物。经对各步反应条件进行考察,最佳工艺条件为n(二癸胺)∶n(硼酸)∶n(环氧乙烷)=2.0∶1.0∶5.0,反应温度为78℃,反应时间为6 h,此反应条件下季铵盐含量为92.0%。产物结构经IR、MS进行了确证。采用一锅煮的方法,操作简单,有效的提高了季铵盐的含量。
The title compound has a wide range of applications and can be used as a wood bacteriostatic agent.The didecyl polyoxyethyl ammonium borate was synthesized with didecylamine,ethylene oxide and boric acid as raw materials,water as initiator,p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst and ethyl acetate as solvent.Through examining the reaction conditions at each step,the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:n(didecyl amine)∶n(boric acid)∶n(ethylene oxide)=2.0∶1.0∶5.0,heating to 78℃,reaction time 6 h,the content of quaternary ammonium salt was 92.0%.The structure of the product was confirmed by IR and MS.The one-pot synthesis method is simple to operate and effectively increases the quaternary ammonium salt content.
