摘要
2019年12月以来,由于SARS-CoV-2的肆虐,已具全球性大流行特征,严重威胁我国和世界人民的生命和健康。但COVID-19迄今尚未有治疗特效药物,目前国内外许多医药机构尝试从不同视角发现抗SARS-Cov-2病毒的有效药物。本文对中药抗病毒活性成分进行了回顾,从物质角度为阐明中药抗病毒活性提供依据,并在此基础上提出了抗SARS-Cov-2病毒活性化合物的发现策略,为从中药中发现抗SARS-Cov-2病毒有效物质提供借鉴和参考。
Since December 2019,the wide spread of SARS-CoV-2 characterized by a global pandemic has seriously threaten the life and health of our country and the people of the world.However,COVID-19 has no specific therapeutic drugs so far.At present,many medical institutions at home and abroad have tried to find effective drugs against SARS-Cov-2 virus from different perspectives.This paper reviews the antiviral active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine.From the aspect of material basis,the antiviral activity of traditional Chinese medicine is clarified to put forward a strategy for discovering active compounds against the SARS-COV-2 virus,and provide reference for screening anti-SARS-COV-2 virus drugs from traditional Chinese medicine.
