中药汤剂是中医用药的最主要形式,在传统行业模式中,中药饮片炮制、调剂、煎药存在严重脱节现象,导致汤剂的质量难以控制。随着现代化药学服务和物流发展,中药饮片调剂、汤剂代煎配送必将向规模化发展。本文根据行业发展趋势,对中药饮片"炮制调剂一体化"服务模式的构建进行理论和实践层面的探讨,为中药临床使用服务的现代化发展提供参考。

Decoction is the most important use form of traditional Chinese medicine.In the traditional industry mode,there are serious disjointed phenomena in the processing,dispensing and decoction of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,which make it difficult to control the quality of decoction.With the development of modern pharmaceutical service and logistics,the distribution of decoction pieces and decoction and delivery service will develop to a large scale.According to the development trend of the industry,this paper discusses the construction of the service mode of"processing and dispensing integration"of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in theory and practice,so as to provide a reference for the modernization of clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
