慢性牙周炎治疗中盐酸米诺环素联合甲硝唑缓释药膜临床疗效和应用价值

Clinical efficacy and application value of minocycline hydrochloride combined with metronidazole sustained-release film in the treatment of chronic periodontitis

目的:评价对慢性牙周炎治疗中盐酸米诺环素联合甲硝唑缓释药膜的临床疗效和应用价值。方法:随机选取2017年1月—2019年1月我院收治的80例慢性牙周炎患者,按照简单随机化法分为对照组和观察组。对照组应用盐酸米诺环素,观察组在此基础上加用甲硝唑缓释药膜,两组疗效、治疗后牙周的改善情况及生活质量评分对比。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及生活质量评分均高于对照组,且观察组治疗后牙周改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对慢性牙周炎应用盐酸米诺环素联合甲硝唑缓释药膜进行治疗效果较好,不仅能改善牙周情况还能提高生活质量,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and application value of minocycline hydrochloride combined with metronidazolesustained-release film in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods:80 patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital fromJanuary 2017 to January 2019 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group according to simple randomizationmethod. The control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride. The observation group added metronidazole sustained-release film onthis basis,and the treatment efficacy,periodontal improvement before and after treatment,and quality of life scores were compared betweenthe two groups. Results:The total effective rate and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and periodontal improvement in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,which was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Minocycline hydrochloride combined with metronidazole sustained-release film is a good treatment for patients with chronicperiodontitis. It can not only improve the periodontal condition of patients,but also improve their quality of life. It is worth applying.
