The Yichun Shengyi is a classic work of the famous physician Fei Boxiong in the Qing Dynasty,which fully demonstrates the medical theories of the Fei family.According to his theory,Fei Boxiong created the syndrome types based on the diseases,and created prescriptions based on the syndrome types.In this book,Fei Boxiong absorbed ancient and modern academic views,combined with his own clinical experience to form his own point of view.He introduced new interpretations of the syndromes and put many theoretical aspects into clinical practice.This book attaches great importance to the construction of a complete theoretical system.The whole set of academic viewpoints is built around basic principles such as the five elements.Compared with the clinical books at the same time,the dialectical system of this book is unique.Fei Boxiong’s attitude toward traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and his methods of studying scholarship are important reference for the standardization of TCM disease and syndrome systems.
