名老中医尚云运用半夏泻心汤治疗胃痞经验

Experience of Distinguished Veteran Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine Shang Yun in the Treatment of Epigastric Disease with Banxia Xiexin Decoction

尚云老师从事中医临床工作四十余年,对脾胃病积累了丰富的经验。老师认为胃痞之病辨证以脾胃为主线,病因有气滞、食滞、痰湿、湿热等,病机为中焦脾胃虚弱,气机不利,升降失常,虚实寒热夹杂。以半夏泻心汤方寒热并用、辛开苦降,佐以益气健脾,治疗胃痞临床效果良好。现对尚云老师运用半夏泻心汤辨治胃痞病经验进行总结。

Shang Yun has been engaged in clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 40 years,and has accumulated rich experience in spleen and stomach disease.The teacher believes that the symptoms of epigastric disease are mainly based on the spleen and stomach,and the causes include stagnation of qi,stagnation of phlegm,phlegm,dampness and heat.Banxia Xiexin decoction is combined with cold and heat to relieve pain and nourish the spleen and stomach.Now the experience of Shang Yun with Banxia Xiexin decoction in treating gastric diseases is summarized.
