Cases of Professor Li Xian in the Treatment of Digestive System Diseases with Huanglian Wendan Decoction

目的总结李鲜教授应用黄连温胆汤治疗消化系统疾病的经验。方法通过跟师学习、收集病例、查阅文献等方法,对李鲜教授运用黄连温胆汤治疗"痰湿郁热型"消化系统疾病的理、法、方、药进行总结。结果李鲜教授认为"痰湿郁热"是消化系统疾病迁延难愈的根本,在治疗消化系统疾病时,要紧抓"痰湿郁热"之病机,强调异病同治,辨病与辨证相结合。结论李鲜教授主抓"痰湿郁热"病机以治疗消化系统疾病的经验值得借鉴。

Objective To summarize the experience of Professor Li Xian in the treatment of digestive system diseases with Huanglian Wendan decoction.Methods By studying,collecting cases and looking up literature,the theory,method,square and drug of Professor Li Xian in the treatment of“phlegm wet fever”digestive system diseases with Huanglian Wendan decoction was summarized.Results Professor Li Xian believes that“phlegm dampness and heat stagnation”is the root of digestive system diseases,in the treatment of digestive system diseases,we should pay close attention to the pathogenesis of“phlegm dampness and heat stagnation”,emphasize the same treatment of different diseases,disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation combined.Conclusion Professor Xian’s experience in treating diseases of digestive system by grasping the pathogenesis of phlegm dampness and heat stagnation is worthy of reference.
