摘要 目的探讨灸脐治疗对寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经志愿者关元穴位区的浅表微循环血流灌注量(MBPU)的影响。方法在20例原发性寒凝血瘀型痛经志愿者的非月经期使用石墨烯智能理疗仪进行灸脐治疗,应用激光散斑成像系统观察关元穴位区在治疗前后浅表MBPU的变化情况。结果灸脐治疗时10 min、20 min、30 min和灸后10 min时,关元穴位区浅表MBPU均有上升,其中10 min时具有显著差异(P <0.01);在第一次到第五次的灸脐治疗中,关元穴位区浅表MBPU均有不同程度的上升,其中在第3次治疗时差异最为明显(P <0.01)。结论石墨烯智能理疗仪对寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经具有一定的疗效;石墨烯智能理疗仪在灸脐治疗过程中10 min时效果最为明显。③石墨烯智能理疗仪在灸脐治疗过程的第3次效果最为明显。 Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion on superficial microcirculatory blood perfusion(MBPU)in Guanyuan(RN4)of volunteers with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods 20 cases of primary cold coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea volunteers were treated by moxibustion umbilical cord with graphene intelligent physiotherapy instrument during non-menstrual period.The changes of superficial MBPU in Guanyuan(RN4)before and after treatment were observed by laser speckle imaging system.Results MBPU of superficial Guanyuan acupoint area increased at 10 minutes,20 minutes,30 minutes and 10 minutes after moxibustion,and there was significant difference at 10 minutes(P<0.01).The superficial MBPU of Guanyuan(RN4)increased in varying degrees during the first to the fifth moxibustion umbilical cord treatment,and the difference was most obvious in the third treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Graphene Intelligent Physiotherapy Instrument has certain curative effect on primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Graphene Intelligent Physiotherapy Instrument has the most obvious effect in 10 minutes of moxibustion umbilical cord treatment.The third effect of graphene intelligent physiotherapy instrument in the process of moxibustion umbilical cord treatment is the most obvious.
