厌食合剂治疗脾胃不和型小儿厌食症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yanshi Mixture on Spleen and Stomach DisharmonyAnorexia in Children

目的探究厌食合剂治疗脾胃不和型小儿厌食症的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月-2018年10月收治的脾胃不和型小儿厌食症患者的临床资料(80例),采用随机数表法将其分成2组,即研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),研究组采用厌食合剂进行治疗,对照组采用复方消化酶胶囊进行治疗。比较2组患儿的治疗总有效率及中医证候积分情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.5%,对照组为75%,组间对比有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组患儿证候积分变化无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,2组患儿证候积分对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论厌食合剂应用于脾胃不和型小儿厌食症患者治疗中,能够提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yanshi mixture in the treatment of spleen-stomach disharmonyanorexia in children.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with anaesthesia of spleen and stomach disharmony in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected.They were divided into two groups by simple random method,namely the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The study group was treated with Yanshi mixture,and the control group was treated with compound digestive enzyme capsules.The total effective rate of treatment and TCM symptom scores of the two groups of flowers were compared.Results The total effective rate was 97.5%in the study group and 75%in the control group.The comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the syndrome score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Yanshi mixture can improve the therapeutic effect in the treatment of spleen and stomach disharmony anorexia in children.
