调压合剂联合贝那普利对高血压合并胰岛素抵抗患者血脂的影响

Influence of Tiaoya Mixture Combined with Benazepril on Blood Lipid in Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Insulin Resistance

目的观察调压合剂联合贝那普利治疗高血压病(essential hypertension,EH)合并胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)患者血脂的影响。方法将80例高血压病患者按随机分组的方法分为对照组、治疗组各40例,对照组给予口服盐酸贝那普利片,治疗组在给予盐酸贝那普利片的基础上加服调压合剂,2组观察时间均为1个月。结果治疗组治疗后血清总胆固醇(serum total cholesterol,TC),甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)与治疗前相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density liptein cholesterol,HDL-C),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein,LDL-C)与治疗前相比均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后TC、TG、HDL-C,LDL-C与治疗前相比均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论调压合剂联合贝那普利对高血压合并胰岛素抵抗患者具有降脂作用,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To observe the influence of Tiaoya mixture combined with Benazepril on blood lipid in patients with hypertension complicated with insulin resistance.Methods Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril,while the treatment group was treated with Tiaoya mixture and benazepril.The observation time of both groups was one month.Results Serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG)and high density liptein cholesterol(HDL-C)were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).LDL-C level was significantly higher than that before treatment(P>0.05).In the control group,there were no statistically significant differences in TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C after treatment compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Tiaoya mixture and benazepril can improve the blood lipids of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
