瑞舒伐他汀对血运重建急性冠脉综合征患者TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的探究瑞舒伐他汀对血运重建ACS患者血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平的影响。方法回顾性分析甘肃省酒泉市第二人民医院2017年3月至2018年10月收治100例血运重建ACS患者的临床资料,按治疗方法分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组则联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,两组患者均持续治疗1个月。比较两组患者治疗后临床效果,治疗前后血脂、炎性因子水平;统计两组患者随访情况。结果治疗组患者治疗后总有效率为84.00%,显著高于对照组的62.00%;与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者血清TC、TG、LDL-C及TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平均显著降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组;血清HDL-C水平显著升高,且治疗组显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀可有效改善血运重建ACS患者的血脂紊乱,降低血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平,进而改善心功能,疗效显著,值得推广。
