液相色谱 ——串联质谱法测定番茄10种农药残留

摘要 采用液相色谱——串联质谱联用(LC-MS-MS)技术,建立了番茄10种农药残留测定方法.样品通过乙腈提取,经QuEChERS方法净化后上机.在0.01~0.1mg/L范围内,10种目标物的回收率为79.3%~95.6%,方法精密度为2.4%~9.8%.该方法迅速、简单,灵敏,可满足农产品监测检测工作需要.
