地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗小儿肠炎的疗效及预后分析

Efficacy and prognosis of Bacillus licheniformis Capsules in the treatment of infantile enteritis

目的探究地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊对小儿肠炎的治疗效果及预后分析。方法选取本院2018年11月至2019年3月收治的44例小儿肠炎,并随机分为观察组和对照组,各22例;观察组采用地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,对照组采用常规补液治疗,两组患者均进行为期4周治疗,观察并记录两组病情进展。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿肠炎采用地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,能显著提高治疗效果,且药物不良反应发生率较低,患者康复效果更佳。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and prognosis of Bacillus licheniformis Capsule on infantile enteritis.Methods 44 cases of infantile enteritis admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 22 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with Bacillus licheniformis viable capsule,control group was treated with routine fluid replacement,two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks,and the progress of the two groups was observed and recorded.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bacillus licheniformis viable capsule can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of infantile enteritis,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions are low,and the rehabilitation effect of patients is better.
