微创拔牙技术在阻生齿拔除中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探析阻生齿拔除中应用微创拔牙技术的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在本院口腔科接受阻生齿拔除的110例患者作为研究对象,通过数字表法随机分成研究组和对照组,各55例;对照组采用高速涡轮钻拔除术,研究组同时联用超声骨刀,对比分析两组临床效果。结果研究组拔牙用时、术中出血量、术后疼痛度、创口愈合时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率为5.46%,对照组为21.81%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在阻生齿拔除中联用高速涡轮钻和超声骨刀,可有效提升拔牙效果,缩短拔牙时间,减少术中出血量,减轻患者痛苦,且创口愈合快,并发症发生少,整体优于高速涡轮钻单一拔牙技术。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive extraction technique in the extraction of impacted teeth.Methods 110 patients who underwent extraction of the impacted teeth in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group by numerical method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group used turbo mobile phone extraction,the study group combined with ultrasonic bone knife,comparative analysis of the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The time of extraction,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain,and wound healing time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate was 5.46%in the study group and 21.81%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of high-speed turbo drill and ultrasonic bone knife in the extraction of impacted teeth can effectively improve the extraction effect,shorten the extraction time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,reduce the pain of the patient,and the wound healing is quick,the complications are less,the whole Superior to high speed turbo drill single extraction technology.
