摘要
目的研究个体化营养支持在急性重症脑卒中患者中的应用价值。方法选取2012年6月至2019年6月本院收治的急性重症脑卒中患者200例作为研究对象,根据入院顺序分为观察组与对照组,各100例。观察组应用个体化营养支持,对照组应用常规干预措施,比较两组血常规指标、营养指标、并发症情况。结果观察组患者治疗后CRP(8.11±1.32)mg/L、Hb(122.21±1.32)g/L、LY(2.65±0.02)×10^9/L与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后Alb(40.65±1.05)g/L、PA(261.31±1.05)mg/L、VC(31.65±1.02)mmol/L均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化营养支持在急性重症脑卒中患者中具有较高应用价值,且能够改善患者营养状态,值得研究和推广。
Objective To study the value of individualized nutritional support in patients with acute severe stroke.Methods 200 patients with acute severe stroke in our hospital were selected as the study subjects from June 2012 to June 2019,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 100 patients in each group.The observation group applied individual nutrition support,the control group applied routine intervention measures,and the blood routine index,nutritional index,complications were compared between two groups.Results The CRP(8.11±1.32)mg/L,Hb(122.21±1.32)g/L,LY(2.65±0.02)×10^9/L in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Alb(40.65±1.05)g/L,PA(261.31±1.05)mg/L and VC(31.65±1.02)mmol/L in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutritional support has high application value in patients with acute severe stroke,and can improve the nutritional status of patients,it is worth studying and spreading.
