小儿哮喘通过特布他林和布地奈德雾化吸入对PEF和治疗效果的影响

Effects of nebulized inhalation of terbutaline and budesonide on PEF and therapeutic effect in children with asthma

目的研究特布他林和布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年3月本院接收的72例小儿哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各36例。观察组采用特布他林和布地奈德治疗,对照组采用特布他林治疗,比较两组肺功能、症状缓解时间与治疗效果。结果两组治疗前肺功能指标比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组FEV1、PEF与FEV1/FVC指标明显更高,差异有统计学意义;与对照组比较,观察组胸闷、哮鸣音、咳嗽与气急症状缓解时间明显更短(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗有效率明显更高(P<0.05)。结论特布他林和布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘能提高整体疗效。

Objective To study the clinical application value of nebulized inhalation of terbutaline and budesonide in the treatment of childhood asthma.Methods 72 children with asthma received by our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method,with 36 cases in each group.Terbutaline and budesonide were used in the observation group,and terbutaline was used in the control group.The lung function,symptom relief time and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in lung function indexes before treatment between the two groups.After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had higher FEV1,PEF and FEV1/FVC indexes,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the remission time of chest tightness and wheezing,cough and shortness of breath symptoms in the observation group were shorter(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment efficiency in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The nebulized inhalation of terbutaline and budesonide can improve the overall efficacy of asthma in children.
