探讨MDT模式在胆道肿瘤疾病临床示教中的适用性

Exploring the applicability of MDT model in clinical teaching of biliary tumor diseases

目的探究MDT模式在胆道肿瘤疾病临床示教中的适用性。方法选取本院2015年12月至2019年12月在胆道肿瘤疾病进行临床实习的学生72名,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各36名。观察组实施MDT模式胆道肿瘤疾病的临床示教,对照组择传统临床教学。对比两组考试成绩、学生对教学满意度情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组病例分析、临床理论知识成绩均显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组75.00%比较,观察组学生对教学满意度97.22%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对胆道胆道肿瘤疾病进行临床实习的学生,采用MDT模式胆道肿瘤疾病的临床示教,可促使学生系统分析与学习病例,组建独立的临床思维和学习方法,显著提升学生的学习能力、医疗水平,同时能够提升学生对教学的满意度情况,在医学院教学中意义重大,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the applicability of MDT in clinical teaching of biliary tumor diseases.Methods 72 students were selected for clinical practice in biliary tumor disease in our hospital from december 2015 to december 2019.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The clinical teaching of MDT-type tumor diseases was in the observation group and the traditional clinical teaching was in the control group.Compared the two groups of test results,students'satisfaction with teaching.Results Compared with the control group,the results of case analysis and clinical theory knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared to control group(75.00%),the satisfaction in the observation group was higher(97.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical teaching of MDT-type tumor diseases can promote the students to analyze and study the cases systematically,and set up independent clinical thinking and learning methods.Finally,it is found that the students'learning ability and medical level can be improved significantly after the clinical teaching of MDT-type tumor diseases.Satisfaction of the situation,in the medical school teaching is of great significance,has clinical application value.
