肺结核合并肺癌的CT影像学特征及诊断价值评价

CT imaging features and diagnostic value evaluation of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer

目的观察肺结核合并肺癌的CT影像学特征并评价CT对肺结核合并肺癌的诊断价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月于本院治疗肺结核合并肺癌的40例患者作为研究组和治疗单纯性肺癌的40例患者作为对照组。两组患者均采取CT检查,观察两组的CT影像学特征并对比影像学特征的发现率。结果两组患者的CT图像中均发现有胸膜凹陷征、毛刺征、分叶征、空泡征、钙化征、空洞征,但两组上述CT影像学特征的发现率上均有所不同。研究组的胸膜凹陷征、毛刺征、分叶征、空泡征、钙化征、空洞征发现率分别为85.00%、72.50%、80.00%、100.00%、77.50%、85.00%,而对照组分别为60.00%、47.50%、52.50%、85.00%、12.50%、52.50%,研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺结核合并肺癌的CT影像学特征明显,CT对肺结核合并肺癌有较高诊断价值,根据上述指征可以有效鉴别单纯性肺结核与肺结核合并肺癌。

Objective To observe the CT imaging features of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer and evaluate the diagnostic value of CT for pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer.Methods 40 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research group and 40 patients with simple lung cancer as the control group.CT examinations were performed for both groups to observe the CT imaging features of the two groups and to compare the findings of imaging features.Results The pleural indentation,burr sign,lobulated sign,vacuole sign,calcification sign,and hole sign were found in the CT images of the two groups,but the two groups had different rates of CT imaging features.The discovery rate of study group's pleural indentation,burr sign,lobulation sign,vacuole sign,calcification sign,and void sign were 85.00%,72.50%,80.00%,100.00%,77.50%,and 85.00%,respectively,which were higher than 60.00%,47.50%,52.50%,85.00%,12.50%,and 52.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT imaging features of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer are obvious.CT has a high diagnostic value for pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer.According to the above indications,simple tuberculosis and tuberculosis combined with lung cancer can be effectively identified.
