前列地尔联合血栓通治疗肾病综合征的疗效及对患者高凝状态和血小板及肾功能的影响

Effect of alprostadil combined with Xueshuantong on nephrotic syndrome and its effects on hypercoagulable state,platelet and renal function

目的探讨前列地尔联合血栓通治疗肾病综合征的疗效及对患者高凝状态、血小板及肾功能的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年3月本院收治的肾病综合征患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组口服复方血栓通胶囊,观察组在对照组治疗基础上静脉注射前列地尔注射液,观察两组治疗前两组血小板计数(PLT)、血小板压积(PCT)水平、两组治疗前后肾功能指标及两组临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组PLT、PCT、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,两组PLT、PCT、Scr、BUN均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合血栓通能够有效改善肾病综合征患者高凝状态PLT、PCT水平,提高肾功能和临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of alprostadil combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome and its effects on hypercoagulability,platelet and renal function.Methods From April 2018 to March 2019,80 patients with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was orally administered with Compound Xueshuantong Capsule.The observation group was given intravenous prostaglandin injection on the basis of the control group.The platelet count(PLT)and platelet count(PCT)levels of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Renal function indicators and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in PLT,PCT,serum creatinine(Scr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,PLT,PCT,Scr and BUN were decreased in both groups,and those in the observation group were all lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with Xueshuantong can effectively improve the levels of PLT and PCT in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Renal function and clinical efficacy.
