低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗原发性失眠的效果

摘要 目的:观察低频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗原发性失眠的效果。方法:选取60例原发性失眠患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组采用低频rTMS治疗,对照组采取假性刺激治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的70.00%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PSQI评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低频rTMS治疗原发性失眠效果较好,可提高患者睡眠质量,且安全性较高。 Objective:To analyze effects of low frequency repeatitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in treatment of primary insomnia.Methods:60 patients with primary insomnia were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each.The observation group was treated with low frequency rTMS,while the control group was treated with sham stimulation.Then,the efficacise of the two groups,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and adverse reactions before and after the treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than the control group of 70.00%(21/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Low frequency rTMS has a better effect in the treatment of primary insomnia.It can improve the sleep quality of the patients with higher safety.
