A型肉毒毒素注射联合康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的效果

Effects of botulinum toxin A injection combined with rehabilitation training on children with spastic cerebral palsy

目的:观察注射A型肉毒毒素联合康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的效果。方法:选取80例痉挛型脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用康复训练治疗,观察组采用徒手牵张指压法注射A型肉毒毒素联合康复训练,比较两组治疗前、治疗后3个月改良Ashworth评分、肌张力评分和粗大运动功能评分。结果:治疗后,观察组Ashworth评分和肌张力评分均低于对照组,粗大运动功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:注射A型肉毒毒素联合康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿可降低Ashworth评分和肌张力评分,以及提高粗大运动功能评分的效果优于单纯康复训练治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate effects of botulinum toxin A injection combined with rehabilitation training on children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:80 children with spastic cerebral palsy were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,while the observation group was given botulinum toxin A injection combined with rehabilitation training.Then,the modified Ashworth score,muscle tone score and gross motor function score were compared between the two groups before treatment and 3 months after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the Ashworth score and muscle tone score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the gross motor function score was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Botulinum toxin A injection combined with rehabilitation training on the children with spastic cerebral palsy can reduce the Ashworth score and muscle tone score,and improve gross motor function score.Moreover,it is superior to single rehabilitation training.
