小针刀配合推拿按摩治疗肩周炎的临床效果

Clinical effects of small needle knife combined with massage in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的:观察小针刀配合推拿按摩治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法:选取80例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组行局部痛点封闭配合推拿按摩治疗,观察组行小针刀配合推拿按摩治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后肩关节活动受限情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%(37/40),明显高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀配合推拿按摩治疗肩周炎患者,可提高临床疗效,促进肩关节活动功能恢复。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of small needle knife combined with massage in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:80 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group received local pain point sealing and massage therapy,while the observation group received a small needle knife combined with massage therapy.The clinical efficacy and shoulder joint activity limitations before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%(37/40),which was significantly higher than 75.00%(30/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the Constant-Murley shoulder function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The small needle knife combined with massage therapy for the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis can improve the clinical efficacy and promote the recovery of shoulder joint activity function.
