摘要
目的:分析影响血细胞检测质量的相关因素及其控制方法。方法:采集106名健康体检者血液标本,比较不同温度、不同抗凝剂稀释比例、不同存储时间血细胞检测结果,检测内容包括血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)水平。结果:抗凝剂稀释比例为1∶10 000时Hb、RBC、WBC、PLT水平均高于抗凝剂稀释比例为1∶5000时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);室温22℃时,血液样本储存时间越长,Hb、RBC水平越高;WBC、PLT水平在储存0.5~3 h时间段随时间延长而升高,在3~6 h时间段随着时间延长而下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);-5℃下,血液样本储存0.5 h、3 h时,Hb、RBC、WBC、PLT水平均高于室温22℃,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同温度、不同储存时间、不同抗凝剂稀释比例均可影响血细胞检测结果。
Objective:To analyze influencing factors and control methods of blood cell detection quality.Methods:The blood specimens from 106 healthy people for physical examination were collected.The routine blood test results at different temperatures,different anticoagulant dilution ratios,and different storage times were compared.The test content included the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cells(RBC),white blood cells(WBC),platelet count(PLT)levels.Results:The levels of Hb,RBC,WBC,and PLT when the anticoagulant dilution ratio was 1:10,000 were higher than those when the dilution ratio was 1:5,000,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the room temperature of 22℃,the longer the storage time of blood samples was,the higher the levels of Hb and RBC were.The levels of WBC and PLT increased with time during storage time for 0.5-3 h,and decreased with time during storage for 3-6 h,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At-5℃,when the blood samples were stored for 0.5 h and 3 h,the Hb,RBC,WBC,and PLT levels were higher than those at 22℃,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Different temperatures,different storage time sand different anticoagulant dilution ratios all can affect the blood cell test results.
