摘要
目的:总结1例急性早幼粒细胞白血病(acute promyelocytic leukemia,APL)患者的护理经验。方法:给予患者系统化护理措施,包括预防出血、预防感染、输血护理、心理支持、饮食指导和功能锻炼等。结果:患者住院期间未发生出血及感染,经治疗后顺利出院。结论:预防出血是APL患者行剖宫产术后系统护理的首要护理措施。
Objective:To summarize nursing experience of 1 case with acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL)after cesarean section.Methods:The patients was given the systematic nursing measures,including preventing bleeding,preventing infection,blood transfusion nursing,psychological support,diet guidance and functional exercise.Results:No bleeding or infection occurred during the hospitalization,and the patient was discharged smoothly after the treatment.Conclusions:Preventing bleeding is the primary nursing point of systematic nursing of the APL patients after cesarean section.
