全方位护理在心力衰竭患者中的应用效果

Application effects of comprehensive nursing in patients with heart failure

目的:观察全方位护理在心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:选取80例心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受全方位护理,比较两组护理满意度、住院时间、护理前后自我护理能力及住院期间不良心血管事件发生情况。结果:观察组护理满意度为100.0%(40/40),明显高于对照组的70.0%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组住院时间明显短于对照组,自我护理能力量表评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良心血管事件发生率为2.50%(1/40),明显低于对照组的25.00%(10/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用全方位护理,可提高心力衰竭患者自我护理能力和护理满意度,缩短住院时间,降低不良心血管事件发生率,其效果优于单纯常规护理效果。

Objective:To analyze application effects of comprehensive nursing in patients with heart failure.Methods:80 patients with heart failure were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing based on that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,hospital stay,self-nursing ability before and after the nursing,and the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events during the hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.0%(40/40),which was significantly higher than the control group of 70.0%(28/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the self-nursing ability scale score was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was 2.5%(1/40),which was significantly lower than 25.0%(10/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Comprehensive nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the self-nursing ability and nursing satisfaction of the heart failure patients,shorten the hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
