参鹿复律汤辅助治疗缓慢型心律失常的疗效

Efficacy of Ginseng deer restorative decoction in the treatment of patients with bradyarrhythmia

目的探讨参鹿复律汤辅助治疗缓慢型心律失常的效果。方法将我院收治的缓慢型心律失常患者64例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组予以沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组在其基础上联合参鹿复律汤治疗。治疗1个月后,观察两组患者心率、血流动力学指标、中医证候积分、生活质量评分及不良反应。结果治疗后观察组心率改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度及血浆黏度下降较对照组明显(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候较对照组降低,生活质量评分较对照组升高(P<0.05),两组患者不良反应比较,P>0.05。结论对缓慢型心律失常患者采用参鹿复律汤联合沙丁胺醇治疗可改善患者心功能、血流动力学指标、增加患者心率、提高生活质量,减少不良反应。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Ginseng deer restorative decoction in the treatment of patients with bradyarrhythmia.Methods 64 patients with bradyarrhythmia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with albuterol and the observation group was treated with Ginseng deer restorative decoction on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,heart rate,hemodynamic indexes,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the improvement of heart rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the viscosity of high cut whole blood,low cut whole blood and plasma viscosity decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than that in the control group and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ginseng deer restorative decoction combined with albuterol can improve cardiac func⁃tion,hemodynamic indexes,increase heart rate,improve quality of life and reduce adverse reactions in patients with bradyarrhythmia.
