穴位注射鱼腥草注射液对寻常型银屑病患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响分析

Effect of acupoint injection of houttuynia injection on T lymphocyte subsets of patients with psoriasis vulgaris

目的探讨穴位注射鱼腥草注射液治疗寻常型银屑病的效果以及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法按随机数字表法将我院确诊的80例寻常型银屑病分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予静脉滴注复方甘草酸苷治疗,观察组增加穴位注射鱼腥草注射液,连续治疗两个月后,观察两组的疗效、皮损程度(PASI)评分以及对T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。结果观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);PASI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);CD3^+、CD8^+水平低于对照组(P<0.05),CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射鱼腥草注射液能够显著改善寻常型银屑病患者的皮损症状,提高T细胞免疫功能,效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint injection of houttuynia injection on psoriasis vulgaris and its effect on T lymphocyte subsets.Methods 80 cases of psoriasis vulgaris confirmed in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given intravenous drip of compound glycyrrhizin and the observation group was given acupoint injection of houttuynia injection on the basis of the control group.After continuous treatment of 2 months,the comprehensive efficacy,skin lesion(PASI)score and the effect on the level of T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the PASI score in the observation group was low⁃er than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD3^+and CD8^+in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection of houttuynia injection can significantly improve the skin lesions of patients with psoria⁃sis vulgaris,improve T cell immune function,which has significant effect.
