链式管理模式下健康教育在缺血性脑卒中伴高血压护理干预中的应用效果

Application effect of health education under chain management mode on nursing intervention of patients with ischemic stroke and hypertension

目的探究链式管理模式下健康教育在缺血性脑卒中伴高血压护理干预中的应用效果。方法选取缺血性脑卒中伴高血压患者146例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组73例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取链式管理模式下健康教育,比较两组患者干预6个月后的治疗依从性、生活质量、护理满意度,干预前后的血压、焦虑(SAS)及抑郁(SDS)评分。结果干预后,观察组的依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组收缩压及舒张压均较干预前降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者生活质量及护理满意度各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论链式管理模式下健康教育能够提高缺血性脑卒中伴高血压患者治疗依从性,有效控制血压,减缓患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective To explore application effect of health education under chain management mode on nurs⁃ing intervention of patients with ischemic stroke and hypertension.Methods A total of 146 patients with ischemic stroke and hypertension who were treated in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observa⁃tion group,73 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given health education under chain management mode.The treatment compliance,quality of life,nursing satisfaction degree,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were decreased and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores in both groups were decreased and those in observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education under chain management mode can improve treatment compliance of patients,effective⁃ly control blood pressure,reduce anxiety and depression and improve quality of life,which is with higher nursing satis⁃faction degree.
